Munchkin Legends (2013)

About this game

Game description from the publisher: Raid the world of myth and legend! Crush every foe you meet. Backstab your friends and steal their stuff. Grab the treasure and run. Munchkin Legends is the new Munchkin card game about legendary adventure...with none of that stupid roleplaying stuff. You'll defeat mythic monsters and grab fabled magic items! Don the Death Mask and Achilles' Heels. Wield Thor's Hammer...or maybe the Magic Bassoon. Start by slaughtering the Heebie-Jeebies and Johnny Zucchiniseed, and work your way up to the Kraken...

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 3 to 6.
• Rules load. At 1.7/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
