A game of Buying, Selling, Building, Borrowing, Banking and Mortgaging. If it sounds like Monopoly its because it's a very close cousin. The board is similar. Pass the bonus and get $250. You can build houses, buy utilities. You have to pay rent etc. etc.

• Group size. Works with 2 to 8.
• Rules load. At 1.4/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 7 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
