RisiKo! Challenge (2010)

About this game

The Official Italian National Championship deluxe edition of Risiko, the Italian edition of Risk. During the years, Risiko has radically changed with the development of new rules specifically designed for the tournaments. A special set of secret objects, the time limit and the original scoring system (not to mention the popular "tanks" a sort of Risiko's icon in Italy) are peculiar features of the Italian way of playing this game. This brand new box is the final result of a development that started in the first half of the '90s and ended with Risiko Digital, the online version of the game. "Chellenge" is the title of the most important online tournament that is part of the selections for the annual Italian National Risiko Championship. This new box is specifically dedicated to all the "Challenge players". The box incldues the official tournament rules, top level components and a new game variant called "Kingmaker".

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 3 to 5.
• Rules load. At 1.8/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 14 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
